Hopeful Heart is currently accepting applications for assistance. Hopeful Heart grants are available to persons in the arts who are facing serious medical difficulties and challenges. To qualify for assistance, an individual must make his or her primary living from some form of the arts (including music, art, dance, craftsmanship, restoration, etc.). We ask that interested individuals complete and return the Hopeful Heart Application Form. In addition, Hopeful Heart may make a single grant to other 501(c)(3) charitable organizations that similarly provide direct financial assitance to individual clients. To apply for assistance, please download and complete our Hopeful Heart Application Form and return it to us at Hopeful Heart, Inc. P.O.
